COVID-19: Due to the current pandemic, CULTURE will reopen June 1, 2020. Event capacity is at 50% until further notice. CULTURE will only book one event per space per day so that each event can be thoroughly broken down and sanitized between events. Clients/ guests must contain event within the actual event space only (no food, drink, decorations, congregating outside of the contracted event space. CULTURE staff is required to wear face masks and gloves during events until further notice.
Policies and Procedures
Deposit and Payment:

In order to book your event, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is due upon signing of the contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Any additional services added to your booking will require a separate contract.

If additional services are required after final payment date, payment must be rendered immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event this agreement is canceled by you, you agree that CULTURE would lose the opportunity to offer our services to others and incur additional costs in attempting to book our services for the date reserved for your event. You agree that the exact amount of our loss due to your cancellation will be difficult to determine. You agree that this clause in the agreement is a reasonable effort by you and us to agree in advance on the damages that we will suffer due to a cancellation.
A.) Notice of cancellation received more than 90 days prior to event will result in a refund of 25% of monies paid – aside from the initial non-refundable booking deposit.
B.) Your deposit and all monies paid are 100% transferable to another date based on our availability with a penalty fee of $250.
C.) Notice of cancellation less than 90 days prior to contracted date will result in a refund of 0% of all monies paid.
A written notice is required in order to cancel any event. Any refund you are entitled to based upon the aforementioned cancellation policy will be mailed to you within thirty (30) business days.
CULTURE Mandatory Closure:
In the event of an emergency, as determined by CULTURE, government officials, or any other entity authorized to advise on emergency situations, including, but not limited to, any situation that could affect the safety of any guest on CULTURE property or any other circumstances beyond the control of CULTURE that would limit access to or use of the facility,
the CULTURE will provide a full credit of any amount already paid by the renter toward a date of their choosing based on availability, penalty free.
CULTURE Event Cancellation:
CULTURE reserves the right to refuse patronage at discretion. CULTURE reserves the right to require CPD for any event. If CULTURE makes a discretionary cancellation:
A.) We will provide a written notice of cancellation;
B.) A full refund of ALL monies paid will be mailed to the renter within 30 business days after cancellation.
Security & Damage Policy:
The cost to repair any damage caused by you, your vendors, or your guests will be charged to your card on file within 14 days of your event. You will receive an itemized statement and notification prior to payment processing.
